Job Title: Division Coordinator Project & Program Support
Location: Remote (20 hours per week)
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Coordinator to support key projects and administrative functions in a federal program setting. The ideal candidate will manage workflow provide resources and guidance and ensure smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for project coordination and team communications including providing project updates managing inquiries and maintaining resources.
- Support procurement and administrative tasks ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and policies.
- Develop maintain and update SOPs tracking systems and documentation to support team efficiency.
- Serve as a knowledge management expert ensuring access to critical resources and maintaining organized digital files.
- Coordinate with other departments to address program requirements property management and inventory tracking.
- Work on special crosscutting projects providing research reporting and support for team initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in General Business or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and proven experience in project coordination knowledge management and extramural operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with federal guidelines policies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
