Exciting Career Opportunity: RN Hospice (FullTime Permanent)
Location: Owosso MI
Shift: Days
Status: URGENT POSITION
Salary: $31.91/hour $45.94/hour (dependent on experience)
Join a compassionate and dedicated team as an RN Hospice Nurse providing exceptional care and support to patients in their most critical moments. Make a difference in the lives of patients and their families with every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate highquality hospice care to patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or anticipated graduation within 4 months of hire date Required
- Licensing: Current RN license from the state of Michigan Required
- Certification: BLS Certification Required
- Experience: Previous healthcare experience Strongly Preferred
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
