We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health unit. The ideal candidate will provide highquality nursing care to patients requiring mental health services ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires strong clinical skills the ability to handle diverse patient needs and a commitment to patient education and support.

• Monitor and assess the condition of patients in the Behavioral Health unit.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications perform interventions and manage patient care as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes medications and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health or similar mental health setting.
• Experience with crisis intervention and management preferred.

• Active MI State RN license.
• BLS certification required; CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification preferred.
