Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health to provide highquality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs develop individualized care plans and ensure the delivery of effective treatment. This role requires strong clinical skills a commitment to patient support and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients mental and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and document patient progress adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education and support for individuals and their families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health nursing or a similar setting.
• Experience with crisis intervention and patient management preferred.

Requirements

• Active IA State RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
