Job Description
- Position: Sterile Tech
- Location: Redding CA 96001
- Pay Rate: $42$44/hr
- Shift: Nights(4x10hrs FridayMondayFirst to Float)
- Work Week: 40 hours per week
- Gross weekly: $1889/week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Unit Type: OR (Operating Room)
Charting System: EPIC Systems Cerner
Responsibilities:
- Sterilize and process surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays ensuring completeness and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments.
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of sterile supplies.
Requirements:
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician certification.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment.
- Covid Vaccination
- BLS Not Required
- SSN & DL
