Roles and responsibilities
Successful candidates will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Google Ads. campaigns from start to finish. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing SEO strategies for our website and writing engaging blog posts and creating and managing HubSpot sequences to support our lead nurturing and marketing automation efforts.
Requirements
Google Ads Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other networks to achieve marketing goals
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and create organized ad groups and campaigns
- Write and optimize ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
- Set and manage campaign budgets, adjust bids, and ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics, generating reports and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Execute A/B testing for ads and landing pages to optimize campaign effectiveness
SEO Management:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking
- Perform keyword research and integrate targeted keywords into website content, meta tags, and other SEO elements
- Analyze website performance and provide recommendations for improving SEO metrics such as organic traffic and domain authority
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure ongoing optimization
Content Creation:
- Write and edit engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts that align with our content marketing strategy and target audience interests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes and editorial calendars
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to brand guidelines and tone
HubSpot Sequences:
- Create, manage, and optimize HubSpot sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies and automated workflows to engage prospects and customers throughout their journey
- Analyze sequence performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates
Desired candidate profile
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC advertising strategies
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in creating high-quality blog content
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a plus
- Google Ads certification and SEO certifications are preferred
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role with a strong understanding of digital marketing concept
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience in creating and managing HubSpot sequences and email marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for B2B or B2C digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
