Job Description

Position : Senior Medic Instructor

Report To : MD

Location : Singapore

PURPOSE

The position requires the incumbent to deliver clear and efficient training to medics on the ground and at the client side. It is a position that requires the tactful mind and physical fitness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Instructor (Medic) you will be responsible for providing course delivery and effectively conduct classroom and laboratory training for the associated programs ranging from basic to advance medic curriculums.
  • Administering instructional programs by serving as the principal training advisor for Medical Education and Training (First Responder).
  • Providing quality standardized instruction and testing for the company and partner agencies within Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Providing training instruction for emergency medical technician basic tactical combat casualty care combat trauma simulation etc.
  • Recommending in the development of instructional programs for the company's various training programs.
  • Integrating a multitude of goals organizational priorities and other requirements into executable training plans and actions.
  • Providing advice counsel or instructions to employees on work and administrative matters.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Singaporeans or PR preferred
  • Certified Medic/ Paramedics/ Nursing background
  • Be physically fit due to the nature of the role
