Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

No. of Beds: 146; 2 (ICU)

No. of Exam Rooms: 5

Lab & XRay Onsite

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements:

Active AK License

BLS PALS
