Omega Health Care Management a rapidly growing telehealth company operating in New York is looking to hire a compassionate Nurse Practitioner MD or DP to provide virtual care to our patients.
The provider will do a mixture of Primary Care Comprehensive assessments and transition of care. The ideal candidate shall have experience with Telehealth be fast paced and tech savvy!

Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid NP MD or DO license in the state of NY
- Credentialed with Medicare Medicade and other insurance payers
- Telehealth experience a must!
- Available Full time
