Dec 27 (7a) Jan 6 (7a)

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 7a5p

Call Schedule:

Nights; 5p7a

Weekends (SatSun); 7a7a
Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric

Admissions: 46

Required Procedures/Duties:

Interventional call & procedures (scheduled & unscheduled)

Some clinic days depending on the length of the stay IP consults & IP study reads.

Support Staff: RN

No. of Beds: 82

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

EMR Training: Module (learn lessons): Must be completed prior to first day; EMR Onsite training: only able to attend if modules are completed before training. Will be scheduled for onsite EMR training if modules are completed the morning of their first day.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CO License or IMLC

BC (Interventional Cardio)

Active DEA

At least 2 yrs of experience

Must be available for dates listed to be considered for ongoing dates.

Must acknowledge/understand the EMR training requirements.

Clean record (preferred) or Selfinquiry NPDB report is required.
