Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate liveinhome caregiver / Nursing Assistant to provide supportive care to a young child in a Dubai family setting. This role requires a nurturing individual who can assist with daily care engage in therapeutic activities and ensure the childs developmental milestones are met in a loving and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in weekly therapy sessions including physiotherapy feeding therapy and occupational therapy and apply learned techniques at home to support the childs development.
Facilitate engaging play and interaction sessions to enhance language and speech skills.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals including speech therapists to monitor and support the childs wellbeing and developmental progress.
Maintain consistent communication with the childs parents about their wellbeing progress and any observations or concerns.
Implement daily therapy exercises as directed by therapists ensuring consistency and documenting progress.
Provide daily care and support tailored to the childs needs ensuring a nurturing and positive environment.
Requirements
Open to relocating from India to the UAE.
Proven experience in caring for infants or children preferably those with special needs or medical conditions.
Demonstrated patience empathy and a nurturing attitude with a passion for working with children.
A willingness to learn and follow the child s specific care and therapy routines.
Excellent communication skills in English necessary for understanding and participating in therapy sessions and activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with therapists healthcare professionals and family members.
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the childs therapy and medical appointments.
