We are looking for a seasoned Workday Payroll Functional Consultant with 58 years of experience in HCM applications (Oracle SAP PeopleSoft) and over 5 years of handson experience in Workday integrations and reports. The ideal candidate will lead Workday system implementations and integrations particularly in Payroll HCM Benefits and Time Tracking while providing technical leadership and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday system implementations and integrations for Payroll HCM and related modules.
- Develop and maintain custom reports integrations and configurations within Workday.
- Provide technical expertise and ensure solutions follow best practices.
- Manage testing validation and troubleshooting of Workday configurations and integrations.
- Utilize Workday Studio to build complex integrations with welldocumented solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Stay current on Workday updates recommending improvements and ensuring system optimization.
Requirements
58 years of experience with HCM applications (Oracle SAP PeopleSoft).
5 years of handson experience in Workday integrations and reports with technical development and management expertise.
Proven ability to lead Workday system implementations and integrations for HCM Payroll Benefits Time Tracking and other modules.
Strong proficiency in Workday Web Services and ReportsasaService (RaaS).
Handson experience with Workday Studio developing complex integrations following best practices with thorough technical documentation.
Skilled in creating and maintaining custom reports integrations and configurations within Workday.
Provide technical leadership to the project team ensuring adherence to best practices and optimized solutions.
Manage the testing validation and troubleshooting of Workday configurations and integrations ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Collaborate with Workday support and vendors to resolve system issues efficiently.
Stay updated on Workday enhancements recommending improvements to processes and configurations.
Work closely with IT teams for seamless system integrations.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday including system upgrades and issue resolution.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pega development with expertise in Pega application design and architecture. Pega Technical Skills: Proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). Strong knowledge of Case Management and Workflow design in Pega. Experience with Pega APIs and connectors, including SOAP and REST. Familiarity with Pega Decisioning and Marketing. UI/UX customization within the Pega platform. Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Pega applications.
