Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Presales Solutions Consultant at Yashuss Unlimited. The Presales Solutions Consultant will be responsible for providing analytical insights consulting services presales support sales expertise and project management to clients. They will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand requirements create tailored solutions and support the sales process. They also work to prepare proposals solutions deck commercial construct of the proposals capacity management for the pipeline etc; as part of their role on a day to day basis.


The Presales Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and the business needs of our clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to understand client requirements designing tailored solutions and effectively communicating the value of our offerings to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the technology landscape across our operating regions.





Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where our solutions can add value.

Solution Design: Develop customized solutions that align with client requirements leveraging our diverse product portfolio to address specific business needs.

Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.

Proposal Development: Assist in crafting detailed proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product development marketing and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with company objectives.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of our products and services enhancing their ability to communicate value propositions effectively



Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales solutions consulting or technical sales role within the technology sector

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology solutions including software hardware and services. Experience with multiple products and platforms is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their business objectives.

Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the business and technology landscapes in India the USA and Mauritius is highly desirable.

Travel: Willingness to travel across regions as required to engage with clients and support sales activities
