Job Description

Job Description:

  • Job type: Dedicated and Regional
  • Dedicated lanes: Delivery to New Mexico Colorado and Texas round trips and dedicated routes
  • Pay: Up to $.63 CPM depending on exp with weekly earnings averaging $1500 weekly
  • Miles: 2200 up to 2500 each and every week
  • Home Time: Drivers are home weekly once a week for the 34 hour reset
  • Freight: Reefer freight with 65% drop and hook
  • Extras and bonuses: Extra stop pay short load pay driver performance bonuses
  • Benefits: Full benefits including medical dental 401K and PTO start after 30 days
  • Orientation paid $300 orientation can be every Monday or Wednesday in NM


Job Requirements:

  • Drivers must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
  • Must have a clean driving record with not more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Must not have a DUI ever in CMV once in a lifetime in PMV but must be out of 10 years
  • No failed or refused DOT drug tests
  • No SAP drivers
  • Mandatory drug test both hair follicile and urine drug test

Trainees:

  • Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 120 hours of driving with an accredited truck driving school
  • Training pay: $650 weekly for 46 weeks
  • Training type: Dedicated and Regional
