Qualifications:
- Current Kentucky RN license or ability to obtain
- AWHONN Certification
- Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience leading maternal care initiatives and teams
- Strong foundation in evidencebased obstetrical practices
- Track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive patient outcomes
- Experience mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
