Currently we are partnered with a preferred healthcare client in Western Kentucky in search of a highly talented Director of Womens Services to lead their maternal care initiatives.
Job Summary:
In this pivotal leadership role youll have the opportunity to shape the future of womens healthcare services while championing patientcentered care initiatives. Youll drive clinical excellence and innovation in maternal care delivery leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient experiences.

Key Impacts & Responsibilities:
- Champion evidencebased practices by integrating cuttingedge protocols that enhance maternal care outcomes
- Drive operational excellence by directing and evaluating service delivery technology integration and quality control initiatives
- Lead and develop a highperforming team through strategic staffing mentoring and continuing education programs
- Steward departmental resources by managing budgets effectively while maintaining exceptional care standards
- Foster an environment that promotes professional growth and clinical excellence
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Kentucky RN license or ability to obtain
- AWHONN Certification
- Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience leading maternal care initiatives and teams
- Strong foundation in evidencebased obstetrical practices
- Track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive patient outcomes
- Experience mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
Your Impact in the First 6 Months:
Within 1 month:
- Complete comprehensive orientation to organizational culture and strategic priorities
- Begin assessment of current departmental operations and team dynamics
- Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members
Within 3 months:
- Develop and present strategic plan for departmental growth and quality improvements
- Implement enhanced protocols based on current best practices
- Lead initiatives to optimize patient experience and satisfaction metrics
Within 6 months:
- Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators
- Establish sustainable staff development and retention programs
- Create innovative solutions for identified operational challenges
