Assistant Manager Leading Family Entertainment Brand

Located: York

Salary: c30k Bonus

The premier destination for family fun is seeking a dynamic and experienced AssistantManager to join the team. If you have management experience within Food and Beverage great operationsexceptional customer service and thrive in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!

No late nights or early starts!

Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality presentation and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruit train and lead a team. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork communication and excellence in customer service.

Stock Management: Oversee the GP% for the caf Stock control and ordering with a eye on keeping wastage to a minimum.

Customer Satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers gather feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly. Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards includingfood handling regulations risk assessments and general compliance checks.

What are we looking for

  • At least of 3 years of relevant management experience preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • A Proven ability to lead and motivate a team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong creative and organisational skills with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
