Job Description
- Lead and manage litigation cases with minimal oversight
- Handle complex matters including construction defect product liability and tort litigation
- Engage in trial preparation depositions and courtroom appearances
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain a consistent case load with no minimum billable hour requirement
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- 4 years of litigation experience ideally in insurance defense construction personal injury or general commercial litigation
- Trial and deposition experience required
- Strong selfmotivation and ability to work independently
