Responsibilities:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interaction and builds students confidence and independence.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to the evaluation of individual learning plans providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
- Participate in schoolwide initiatives and professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN education.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with secondaryaged students particularly those with special educational needs is preferred.
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with students parents and colleagues effectively.
- A patient and adaptable approach capable of responding to the diverse needs of students.
- A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
