SEN Support Assistant Progressive Secondary School Islington

Join a progressive secondary school in Islington as an SEN Support Assistant. In this vital role you will work with students in small groups providing tailored support to enhance their learning experiences and social development.   • Participate in schoolwide initiatives and professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN education.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with secondaryaged students particularly those with special educational needs is preferred.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with students parents and colleagues effectively.
  • A patient and adaptable approach capable of responding to the diverse needs of students.
  • A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
