General Manager in Canterbury
MonFri Role
Salary: 35k 38k plus bonus
I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Canterbury for a leading leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting growing Leisure Management business. I am looking for a dynamic General Manager who is commercially astute. This is a leisure job not to be missed.
In this role you will work closely with the teams across the contract whilst maintaining effective and strong relationships with all key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to manage a multi million multifaceted diverse facility. This is a very handson management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility of running the entire business. Providing great service is a key focus of this role and as a General Manager you will be leading this from the front. Were looking for an individual with the experience of managing a team with a back ground in operations and fitness.
What do we need from you
A minimum of 2 years successful management experience working within either the private or leisure management sectors.
Proven and successful track record of management experience within a leisure related industry ideally with fitness.
You will be highly motivated and have the experience of leading managing and developing a team around you.
You will be highly organised results driven possess the ability to drive individuals to maximise their potential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met in relation to contract objectives.
