Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in teaching music particularly within SEN or inclusive education settings with a dedication to making music accessible for all
- Skilled in creating adaptive therapeutic music lesson plans that can be tailored to a wide range of abilities fostering a love for music and selfexpression among students
- Compassionate and patient teaching style with the flexibility to adjust instruction to meet the specific emotional and developmental needs of each student
- Strong collaborative skills working with the SEN team to support individual student progress both academically and emotionally
- Clear enhanced DBS check required to ensure a safe caring environment for students
