Impactum Group is a leading provider of endtoend strategic communication services for commercial and political projects founded and led by Lucian Despoiu (CEO) with our HQ in Bucharest Romania offices in 5 countries and global projects. We specialize in realtime polling and data collection influencer marketing programmatic advertising media production and international public relations. Were a techenabled services firm that works for a wide array of projects from commercial to political and government.

About You
You are a senior experienced product owner/leader with a deep understanding of the strategic communication landscape and the complexities of governmental and institutional communication. You are also passionate about technology and its potential to transform how organizations communicate and engage with their stakeholders.
You have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products managing budgets and leading crossfunctional teams. You are a strategic thinker a connector and integrator and a skilled relationship builder who can effectively navigate the nuances of working with highlevel government officials and corporate executives.
You are based anywhere in the European Union and able to travel regularly to the HQ in Romania and to clients sites across the EU and Asia. The rest of the time you will be working remotely and asynchronously.
Top 5 Objectives
- Lead Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the product vision and concept strategy and roadmap for CMMNDRs ecosystem of communication solutions ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Drive Product Adoption & Growth: Lead client onboarding provide ongoing support and develop strategies to drive adoption and expand the products reach within governmental and corporate sectors.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and iteration collaborating effectively with internal teams (software developers and technical leadership) and external stakeholders ensuring that the development process aligns with business requirements.
- Build Team and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage product budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
- Enhance Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and corporations acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their communication and product needs are met.
Other Responsibilities
- Conduct global and local market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through specific interviews to understand pain points and formulate and validate product improvements.
- Develop pricing models and ensure the products financial viability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Business Development on presales activities and closing deals.
- Oversee product documentation and training materials.
- Project manage the development of the solution working closely with the engineering team.
- Monitor and control the product/project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
- Own communication process between the client and the team to clarify and adjust requirements.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demos for potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- 710 years of experience in product management product ownership or a related role.
- Solid understanding of governmental and corporate communication strategies and challenges.
- Experience working with government agencies and institutional clients. Political party experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful technology products.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Strategic Communications Political Science or a related field.
