SEN Support Worker Nurturing SEN School Brentwood
A nurturing and inclusive SEN school in Brentwood is actively seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join their compassionate team. In this fulltime permanent role you will provide vital support to students with diverse learning needs helping them engage fully in daily activities and lessons. Role Highlights
- Fulltime permanent position within a welcoming and supportive SEN environment dedicated to promoting the wellbeing and academic success of students
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to implement individualized learning plans tailored to each students unique needs

- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on strategies for home support
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in an SEN or support role is highly desirable with a preference for candidates who have worked with children with special educational needs
- Patient empathetic and adaptable approach to learning challenges with the ability to respond effectively to the diverse needs of students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building trusting relationships with students parents and colleagues
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and security of all students
