The Clinical Project Manager plays a vital role in implementing and managing clinical technology projects acting as a bridge between Ascom and its clients in the healthcare sector. This hybrid role combines project management application engineering and customer care to design deploy and integrate customerspecific solutions particularly within clinical and healthcare environments. The role is ideally based in Barcelona.
Your Contributions:
- Lead and execute the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final handover.
- Act as a technical expert during the implementation process offering handson support and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct system integration and configuration specifically for clinical environments.
- Supervise and guide internal and external teams during project phases ensuring highquality delivery within timeframes.
- Facilitate customer training and provide postimplementation support in coordination with Customer Care.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
- Proven project management experience with a strong track record of managing complex technical projects (35 years).
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings with knowledge of clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with network architecture software systems and IT infrastructure.
- Advanced problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus) with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
