Job Description
We are delighted to partner with a wellregarded secondary school in Greenwich committed to providing a highquality education and fostering a passion for learning. They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Music Teacher to join their dedicated faculty in a fulltime permanent position commencing immediately or in January.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the schools dynamic Music department inspiring the next generation of students. The role entails fostering a love for developing students equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Music lessons aligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity problemsolving and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Music department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Music.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Music or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Music at the secondary level.
