Now were searching for an ambitious and strategic General Manager to lead our business operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). What Youll Do:
Global Strategy Implementation & Business Development
Develop and execute the ANZ business plan aligned with Diakrits global strategic objectives
Drive integration and rollout of acquisitions
Set and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for the ANZ market
Monitor market trends evaluate competitive landscape and identify expansion opportunities
Sales & Customer Relations
Lead the ANZ sales team in meeting revenue and profitability targets
Manage key customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle
Develop and implement effective pricing and market penetration strategies
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen Diakrits brand presence in ANZ
Operations & Financial Management
Oversee daytoday operations of the ANZ business unit and Photography Network
Manage the regional P&L including budget setting cost control and financial reporting
Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency across ANZ and Bangkok operations
Ensure compliance with ANZ legislation and company policies
People Leadership
Lead coach and develop highperforming teams across Sales and Photography
Oversee recruitment performance management and talent development initiatives
Foster a culture of customerfirst approach one team accountability and continuous improvement
Act as a role model for managers and employees embodying company values
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry leaders
Represent Diakrit at community and industry events to enhance brand visibility
Engage in direct and industrywide discussions on crucial topics affecting the business
Could This Be You
A strategic thinker with a handson resultsoriented approach.
You have 10 years of B2B experience including at least 5 years in senior management roles.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
Experience in the real estate or technology sector is preferred.
Strong leadership mentoring and coaching skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Youre innovative adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a dynamic environment.

MustHaves:
Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
10 years of B2B experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
Proven experience in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication strategic planning and relationshipbuilding skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within ANZ and occasionally internationally.
