Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Champion and evolve the organizations patientcentric philosophy of care
- Lead and mentor the nursing management team to drive clinical excellence
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes
- Foster collaboration between physicians staff and referral partners
- Design and oversee programs to reduce suicide rates and addictionrelated deaths
- Manage clinical operations while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and care quality metrics
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current unencumbered nursing license in Washington state (or ability to obtain)
- Track record of success in behavioral health/psychiatric care
- Strong emotional intelligence and team leadership capabilities
- Experience implementing evidencebased psychiatric care protocols
- Commitment to patientcentered care and clinical excellence
Within 1 Month:
- Complete comprehensive orientation to our clients behavioral health model
- Build key relationships with clinical leadership team and staff
- Assess current nursing operations and identify optimization opportunities
Within 3 Months:
- Implement initial process improvements to enhance patient care delivery
- Develop mentorship program for nursing team members
- Establish metrics for measuring nursing care quality and outcomes
Within 6 Months:
- Launch innovative patient care initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in patient satisfaction scores
- Create sustainable systems for ongoing staff development and clinical excellence
