They are known for delivering superior building materials to both residential and commercial construction projects. Currently they are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative (Windows) to expand their presence in the market and drive significant growth in window sales.
In this role you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with construction companies focusing primarily on commercial projects. You will be expected to read and interpret building plans provide expert advice and offer tailored solutions. This position requires a strong hunter mentality including cold calling facetoface meetings and working closely with the upcoming installation program to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Call and meet with construction companies to drive sales of window products
Read and interpret building plans to offer tailored window solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key decisionmakers
Cold call to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Stay involved in the companys developing installation program
Achieve sales targets with top representatives earning over $400k in sales monthly
Qualifications:
Proven experience in window sales with a strong network of industry contacts
Background working with competitors in the window industry preferred
Ability to read building plans and provide expert product recommendations
Selfmotivated driven to generate new business and meet sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
