1. Design and Development: Responsible for designing new wig caps including hairpieces and hair clips ensuring designs meet the aesthetic and practical needs of African American women in the U.S.
2. Market Trends: Research and analyze the latest wig market trends particularly focusing on the specific needs of the African American womens market to ensure innovative and competitive designs.
3. Product Improvement: Participate in the trial production of new products gather feedback and propose improvement suggestions to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
4. Data Analysis: Organize and analyze relevant data to provide production support optimize processes and control costs.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the design team offering creative guidance and technical support to improve overall team design capabilities.
6. CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and production departments to ensure the design concept is accurately realized and meets production and marketing requirements.
7. Material Selection: Familiar with various wig materials including human hair and synthetic fibers and select the most suitable materials based on product positioning and costeffectiveness.
8. Quality Control: Ensure that product quality throughout the design and production process meets company standards and customer expectations.
Professional Skills:
1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree or higher in a related design field.
2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in wig design with a preference for experience in designing for the African American womens market in the U.S.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite as well as tools and techniques related to wig production.

1. Innovation: Strong innovative mindset and capability; able to independently complete design projects and drive product innovation.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills able to effectively communicate with team members suppliers and clients.
