Job Description

Our team of digital marketers strategists and creatives collaborates with partners in the field of international cooperation and sustainable development. Together we focus on communication strategy branding visual storytelling and digital content that makes a difference.
Were looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate the social media presence of both our agency and our international clients. In this role youll develop and execute strategic content build compelling digital campaigns and help guide the online narrative for leading organizations.
Candidates are requested to provide a compelling portfolio of at least 2 accounts that highlights creativity strategy and impactful content.
Tasks
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create effective social media strategies and digital content plans to engage audiences and drive awareness.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce eyecatching visuals short videos and onbrand photography and write engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan implement and monitor digital campaigns particularly on LinkedIn Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube.
- Community Engagement: Proactively manage and respond to community interactions on social media to build strong online communities.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze content performance make datadriven adjustments and deliver insights to optimize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years managing social media channels ideally for international clients or NGOs.
- Creative Eye: Strong content creation skills with a background in producing visuals videos and photography.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills.
- Social Media Knowledge: Uptodate with current social media trends platforms and audience engagement strategies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver timely results.
- Tools: Proficiency in Canva (primary content creation tool) familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop Premiere) is a plus and experience with newsletter management tools is also beneficial.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio of at least 2 accounts that highlights creativity strategy and impactful content.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
- Location: Even though the work will be performed remotely the ideal candidate would be based in Brussels.
