Title: Zoom Contact Center

We are seeking a skilled Zoom Contact Center Engineer to design implement and support Zooms Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Zoom Contact Center is efficiently integrated into our communication systems providing seamless customer service. This role will focus on technical support troubleshooting and enhancing the customer experience by leveraging the capabilities of Zooms unified communications platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and deploy Zoom Contact Center solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Zoom Contact Center and related infrastructure.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT customer support and network engineers to integrate the Zoom platform with existing systems.
Analyze and resolve performance issues in the Zoom Contact Center environment.
Optimize call flows routing and reporting tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on new Zoom features releases and best practices to continuously enhance system performance.
Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to endusers on Zoom Contact Center functionalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience working with Zoom Contact Center or other contact center technologies (e.g. Cisco Five9 Twilio).
Proficient in unified communications and cloudbased contact center solutions.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications in Zoom or other communication platforms are a plus.
