Our client a global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO) has partnered with a leading tech company renowned for its innovative digital marketing platforms. We are urgently seeking a Dutch Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Barcelona where you will work directly with Dutch businesses and marketing agencies to implement advanced digital advertising solutions.

Purpose of the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns for Dutch businesses helping them achieve measurable marketing objectives. Leveraging your expertise in digital platforms youll provide insights and solutions to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for each client ensuring they stay competitive in an everevolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Dutch companies and digital marketing agencies to design tailored advertising strategies that align with their business goals.
• Provide expert guidance and consultative support to optimize digital marketing investments and improve overall performance.
• Drive sales and exceed performance targets in a highly resultsoriented environment.
• Upsell and crosssell relevant digital advertising products to help clients grow their online presence and reach.
• Engage with clients proactively through phone video conferencing and email to ensure continuous support and successful campaign implementation.

Requirements:

• Native or C2 level proficiency in Dutch.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 years of experience in digital marketing specifically in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Experience in sales or consultative roles with a strong customer service focus.
• Indepth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication presentation and analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Passion for marketing and technology with a keen desire to stay updated on the latest industry trends.
