The role of the Marketplace Specialist will be supporting the sales growth and business development across all the marketplace channels that contribute to the company. The primary goal is to optimize product listing drive sales enhance brand visibility and ensure a seamless customer experience across the marketplace platforms. The ECommerce departments plays a vital role in strengthening the online presence of the company and adding value to deliver the companys end business goals through online solutions.
Job Description:
- Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon Noon etc.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product rankings reviews and overall sales on each platform.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing operations & merchandising and external teams such as account managers to ensure alignment with marketplace strategies.
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends best practices and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Resolve any marketplacerelated issues including order discrepancies customer inquiries and account maintenance.
- Manage product data consistency & maintain digital assets through systems.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to report insights & support decision making
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills to collaborate effectively
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel to manage clean and manipulate and report data
- Bachelors degree or higher in Management Information Systems Marketing or Business Administration
- In depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Seller Central & Noon Seller experience strongly preferred
- Proven account management sales planning and business development experience
