Job Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)

Work Schedule: Typically Monday Sunday US Hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach including cold calling email and social media. This role involves identifying potential clients engaging them through targeted methods and prequalifying leads to hand off to the internal sales team for further development. The ideal candidate will be energetic highly motivated and have a natural ability to engage prospects. They will focus on creating interest in the companys services such as phone systems Internet and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct highvolume cold calls to businesses navigate through gatekeepers and connect with decisionmakers.
  • Use various outreach methods including email LinkedIn and phone calls to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Prequalify businesses that may benefit from the companys services and determine their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
  • Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM with a preference for Zoho CRM but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and followups in the CRM ensuring data integrity.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on potential opportunities.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging to increase conversion rates and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English with clear enunciation.
  • Proven success in a sales lead generation or cold calling role.
  • Strong motivation and drive with a focus on performancebased results.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Techsavvy with an interest in telecommunications Internet and networking solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

NicetoHaves:

  • A background in telecommunications or technology services.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
