Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Windows Server and Active Directory environments. This position requires a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for ensuring optimal system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including installations upgrades and configurations.
  • Administer Active Directory including user and group management policy creation and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Develop and implement scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Create custom scripts to automate complex system management processes.
  • Manage and optimize VMware or HyperV virtualized environments.
  • Provision and configure virtual machines as needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot virtual machine performance and resource utilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration including Active Directory Group Policy and DNS.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV.
  • Indepth knowledge of system security best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
