Job Description
An elite law firm with a national reach is seeking a Labor and employment Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and ideally some transactional experience such as drafting handbooks and employmentrelated agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employment law litigation matters.
- Draft and review employmentrelated documents including agreements and handbooks.
- Provide legal advice to clients on employmentrelated issues.
- Conduct legal research and prepare documents for court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of employment law experience.
- Licensed to practice in California.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Transactional experience is a plus but not required.
