Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent remote position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies and collaborate with talented professionals.
As a Senior Solutions Architect you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ERP initiatives. You will be responsible for leading complex projects designing innovative solutions and ensuring the delivery of highquality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide crossfunctional teams providing technical expertise and strategic direction.
- Design and develop robust and scalable ERP solutions aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle technologies and financial or SCM business processes to deliver optimal solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues providing innovative solutions.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies driving innovation and process optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in ERP integration implementation and consulting
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams
- Strong understanding of Oracle technologies (e.g. EBS Cloud ERP)
- Deep knowledge of financial or SCM business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications (OCP or OCE)
- Experience with cloudbased ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP)
- Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements
