Job Description
Smile Design Studios is excited to bring on a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team for Saturdays in Phoenix AZ. Our practice is dedicated to delivering highquality dental care in a friendly supportive environment. If youre a detailoriented professional who values patient care and is ready to contribute your expertise one day a week wed love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support dentists during a range of procedures and treatments
- Prepare sterilize and manage dental instruments and equipment
- Capture and develop dental radiographs (Xrays)
- Provide patient comfort and reassurance throughout visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in scheduling appointments
- Educate patients on oral health and aftercare instructions
- Track and manage dental supplies inventory
Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in a dental practice (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in Arizona
- Radiography certification preferred
- CPR certification is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team player with a dedication to delivering excellent patient care
