Job Description
Senior Business Analyst Business Case Development Sydney
- Lead the development and delivery of detailed business cases ensuring they align with organisational goals and industry standards.
- Engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership to define project scope objectives and key outcomes.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including business finance operations and IT to design financial models conduct costbenefit analyses and build ROI projections for business cases.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations.
- Map and document complex business processes workflows and requirements to support business case development and ensure a clear understanding of impacts.
- Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and meetings to gather requirements validate needs and achieve consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Present analyses and recommendations in a clear structured format tailored for executivelevel audiences and technical/nontechnical stakeholders alike.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress identify potential risks and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of business case documentation.
- Mentor junior team members sharing best practices in business analysis stakeholder engagement and business case preparation.
- Australian PR/Citizen/full work rights to work in Australia
- Ability to commence immediately
- Initial 3 months engagement
