Skills needed for success:
5 years Corporate Travel Advisor experience
GDS proficiency including ticketing exchanges refunds
Knowledgeable of airline ancillary services via EMDs
Travel agency operational and/or sales experience
MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word & Outlook)
Experience with ARC report CRMs and databases
Excellent communication skills
