Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Dental Assistant Floater to join our team providing essential support across our seven practices on the westside of Phoenix. This position offers a flexible schedule allowing you to work in various locations while ensuring highquality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during a range of procedures including surgery implants and endodontics.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment.
- Perform dental scanning and ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout treatment visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
- Adapt to different office environments and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
- Manage inventory and ensure that dental supplies are readily available.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Proficient in dental scanning techniques and procedures.
- Wellrounded experience in surgery implants and endodontics.
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
- Valid Dental Assistant certification/license in the state of Arizona.
- Radiography certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
