Talent Masters is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm in the Miami area renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and employee development. Role Description/Duties:
- Represent clients in business and commercial litigation handling cases independently.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial litigation team to deliver strategic case management.
- Manage litigation proceedings from initiation through resolution with a clientfocused approach.
Qualifications:
- JD and active Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum 6 years of full litigation experience with at least 75% focused on business and commercial litigation.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problemsolving skills.
