Talent Masters is recruiting a Senior Supervising Attorney for a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm in the Miami area renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and employee development. Role Description/Duties:
- Lead commercial litigation cases including full trial representation.
- Oversee a dynamic litigation team providing guidance and strategy for highstakes cases.
- Manage a variety of business and commercial litigation matters taking a proactive role in court representation.
Qualifications:
- JD and active Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum 10 years of full litigation experience with a strong focus on commercial litigation.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a litigation team.
- Demonstrated courtroom expertise and strategic thinking in commercial cases.
