Talent Masters is recruiting a Senior Corporate Attorney for a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm in the Miami area renowned for its commitment to legal excellence and employee development. Role Description/Duties:
- Lead corporate law matters with a focus on M&A corporate transactions employment contracts and NDAs.
- Manage a variety of corporate and transactional cases ensuring compliance and sound legal guidance.
- Serve as an advisor to executives on complex corporate matters supporting their business growth and legal needs.
Qualifications:
- JD and active Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum 5 years of full corporate experience with 68 years preferred.
- Strong background in M&A Employment Contracts and corporate/transactional law.
