As a Remote Booking Agent you will be responsible for managing reservations responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking process for our guests. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate reservations for guests
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and online chat
- Ensure accuracy of booking information and update reservation system as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
