Conduct orientations and perform intakes with prospective Vocational Rehabilitation clients for program services. Gather maintain and record client statistics for program reporting. Job service requests and interpret medical documentation to determine eligibility for services case file management and maintain confidentiality. Attend meetings and training have a valid Oregon drivers license and pass a criminal background with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
Requirements
Associates degree in Human Services or social work two years of work with people with disabilities. Combination of experience is except able.
