Job Description
Parts Operations Coordinator
Location: Schaumburg IL
Position Overview: Seeking a Parts Operations Coordinator to manage the engineering aspects of parts inventory quality control and customer support for CNC machinery. This role focuses on providing technical guidance to customers coordinating with production to resolve quality issues and ensuring efficient parts management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance on parts and product usage to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure customers receive accurate parts.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Inspect and verify incoming and returned parts coordinating with production on quality issues.
- Manage parts pricing to optimize customer loyalty volume and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required; Technical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of CNC parts ability to read schematics and drawings MS Office proficiency.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50100 lbs as needed.
Schedule: Onsite Monday to Friday 8hour shift
