Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening calls and interviews with multiple applicants daily
- Oversee the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening assessing and assisting with offers and negotiations
- Organize and maintain systems for accurate flow throughout the recruiting process
- Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company s needs
- Build a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree (Required)
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience in interviewing potential hires
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
