What You ll Enjoy in This Role
Be part of our client s team as a bilingual Odont logo where you ll handle patient insurance verifications manage data entry and process dental claims with precision. You ll work closely with insurance companies to resolve claims and ensure timely payments contributing to a seamless highquality patient experience every day.
Shift Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Location: Onsite in Bogot /Medell n
Your Key Responsibilities
- Verify patients health insurance benefits.
- Enter data using dental practice management software.
- Post payments accurately across multiple office locations.
- Document basic insurance information in each patient s file for quick reference.
- Process and submit insurance claims daily.
- Resolve rejected claims promptly each day.
- Manage outstanding insurance claims ensuring at least 90% remain in the current category.
- Provide requested information such as xrays charting narratives and other documents for claim processing.
- Communicate with insurance companies to address payment delays request additional information or discuss denied treatment coverage.
Requirements
What We re Looking for in You
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Odontology degree (required)
- English proficiency at B2 level
