Job Description
Role Purpose:
The OnSite Project Manager ensures that small to mediumsized property projects such as renovations and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently meeting quality standards and project goals. This role is essential in maintaining Inospace properties to deliver operational excellence for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Directly oversee onsite projects from planning to completion ensuring adherence to project plans and quality expectations.
- Contractor Management: Supervise contractors onsite assessing their work quality and progress against timelines and budget.
- Compliance: Ensure that all projects meet health safety and building standards.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets to control costs minimize expenditure and report on financial performance.
- Operational Support: Provide ontheground support to park management troubleshooting issues and coordinating quick solutions.
- Stakeholder Updates: Communicate project status timelines and any potential issues to park management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be South African Citizen
- Strong technical knowledge in construction and building maintenance.
- Proven experience managing contractors and onsite operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight budgets and timelines.
- Familiar with building standards and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
