ACCOUNTANT ENTRY LEVEL (Permanent)
Our client an established international manufacturing organization is looking to hire an Entry Level Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created role with room for growth and longevity within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting duties to contribute to the financial success of the organization
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Prepare detailed financial statements/reports
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate and uptodate journal entries
- Manage revenue/royalties overflow from Senior Rev. Accountant
- Assist with month/quarter/yearend close processes
- Ensure detailed documentation of rebates for each customer
- Complete projects in a timely manner working well in a deadlinedriven environment
- Work well independently as well as part of a team
- Maneuver from one project to another with ease
- Other duties as assigned
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- Hybrid: 6 days/month inoffice required (these are scheduled ahead of time)
- $60000 $65000 annually depending on experience

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related
- CPA preferred
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask/prioritize obligations
- Relocation not available
